Our DNA

The Zebulon Solutions team has collectively launched over one hundred products into volume production throughout our careers. Along the way we conducted 100s of DFx reviews, delivered close to 1000 test systems to factory floors around the world, and validated scores of tools. We’ve had many success and some failures too, but we’ve learned something each time.

Notable examples of productization success stories that our staff have made significant contributions to over many years include developing over 500 test systems for Xbox, industrialization of three generations of Palm Pilots, launching shifters for GM cars, and tooling blood glucose meters for Therasense.

Other product launches covered diverse product areas, from cell phones to automotive interiors, semiconductor test equipment to robotic systems, mice to ultrasonic transducers.
