Zebulon Solutions also offers turnkey design for a full product or major subsystems.  This can start as early as ideation or as late as a cost reduction redesign. We can dovetail in with internal or third party resources or own the entire program.  We have professional project and program managers who can manage all aspects of a program, or just our part.

In all cases we take DFx—design for manufacturing, design for supply chain and especially design for cost—as a critical element not an afterthought.  This means that as we move through prototyping and industrialization we have continuity of strategy, of methodology, of purpose—to get the product into production.
